Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Delivery usually takes between 1-3 days. Some large or heavy orders may be sent by Royal Mail parcel service, this can take a day or 2 longer. Orders are usually processed within 24hrs of placement. This is a guideline and not a guarantee. We ensure that all items are packaged carefully and sent in good condition. If an item arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately.
Orders from outside the UK (Contact us for postage quote)
The website only accepts orders for UK customers. If you would like to place an order from over-seas, please contact us with product details. We will reply with the postage cost and details of how to pay.
Refund & Returns Policy
- Please inform us if you are returning any item.
- Any item returned to us within 7 days will be given a full refund, including P&P paid when the item was ordered.
- The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item.
- It is advisable to get proof of postage when returning an item.
When ever possible we will use re-cycled boxes and other packaging materials when we send your order to you.
Currency: The currency charged for all orders is UK Sterling.

- Orders under £50.00 - £3.95
- Orders over £50.00 - Free Delivery
Special next day delivery can be arranged but you must contact us before you place the order. We will advise you of delivery cost on request and take your order. Next day delivery placed on a Fri will be delivered the following Mon.
